Your mission is to structure, negotiate and secure financing solutions tailored to borrowers’ needs while ensuring project monitoring. Specifically:
- Source and analyze opportunities: identify new projects, liaise with stakeholders; perform detailed financial analyses; prepare investment committee files; contribute to financing structuring.
- Monitor portfolio positions: track financed projects, review portfolio lines, ensure compliance with contractual and financial obligations.
- Participate in market monitoring: trends and opportunities across targeted real-estate sectors.
Profile: solid background in financial analysis, interest in real estate, strong writing and synthesis skills, advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint and Word, English required. Prior deal management experience is a plus.
- Analyze the financial strength of issuing entities and identify risk areas;
- Prepare files for submission to the Investment Committee;
- Monitor projects and portfolio entities;
- Contribute to legal and marketing structuring of financings.
Final-year Master’s student (engineering or business school, finance specialization). Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, English required.
